Adolescent Support Program (ASP) provides outreach youth support to 12–17 year olds and their families via early intervention, mediation and specific counselling aimed at family preservation and reunification.

Community Reconnections
Uses an assertive outreach model to assist adults 25 and over, with complex, multiple support needs and who are homeless or living in insecure, low-cost accommodation and not linked with any other service.
Crisis Accommodation Program
Is a short-term crisis accommodation, referral and support service. The service is available for young people aged between 15–25 and is accessed through Brophy’s Access and Engagement service.

Leaving Care Program
The Leaving Care Program is available to young people aged 16-21 years old who are currently or have previously been subject to Victorian Long Term Care Orders, Care by Secretary Orders or Family Reunification Orders.

Aims to assist Office of Housing tenants establish and sustain their tenancy.
Transitional Housing Support Service
Aims to provide support to youth aged between 15–25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as they make the transition to independent living.
Youth Justice Community Support Service
Provides a case support role for young people engaged with the youth justice system.
Youth Justice Group Conferencing
Provides a restorative justice intervention to the Children’s Court with the aim of diverting a young person from more intensive supervisory court outcomes using restorative justice principles.
