Child FIRST (Child and Family Information Referral and Support Team)

Child FIRST is an intake and referral service which

provides a single entry point for families with children aged

between 0-17 and professionals to access Family Services in

the Warrnambool City Council, Southern Grampians Shire,

Moyne Shire and the Glenelg Shire areas.

Child FIRST Provides:

· Screening and assessment for all calls

· Information and advice

· Referral to Family Services agencies and a range of community agencies

· Assertive outreach/home visiting
